Come join Focaccia Flourist around the table during sunset at Whitecliff Vineyard. A one-of-a-kind experience where you will have a hands-on lesson preparing signature sourdough focaccia adorned with edible flowers and vegetables. Once decorated, your focaccia master piece will be cooked over wood-fired flame. The table will be set by candlelight overlooking the Vineyard and have the Shawangunk mountains as its background.
