Brotherhood, America’s Oldest Winery
and Warwick Valley Winery and Distillery
have combined their winemaking talents
into one quintessential cocktail.
Brotherhood’s Blanc de Blancs, a crisp,
dry sparkling wine made from Hudson
Valley Chardonnay, combined with
Warwick’s Black Currant Cordial are the
key elements in this delicious cocktail.
Add locally sourced honey and what you
get is a treat for your mouth and eyes.
The complex layers are suspended in your
flute, displaying a beautiful combination
of colors, textures and flavors which
change with each sip of this unique
variation of the Classic Kir Royale.
Located on our historic grounds in
Washingtonville, NY, Vinum Café occupies
the ground floor of the original
winery building, circa 1839. The extensive
renovation revealed the original brick wall
giving new life to this landmark as well as
the brand new 140-seat restaurant.
The new eatery boasts a fine dining
Restaurant, a Café with lighter fare and
a large outdoor patio.
